Dr. Bell graduated from the University of Surrey (U.K.) with First-Class honors in Chemistry (M.Chem.). He then pursued his research interests, obtaining a Doctorate in Material Science and Engineering (Ph.D.) at Imperial College London (U.K.) in collaboration with the University of Warwick (U.K.), where he published several peer-reviewed scientific papers. Following his Ph.D., his focus shifted to the cosmetics industry, leading to the co-founding of Bell & Pedré Skincare. As the head chemist at Bell & Pedré Skincare, he oversees the research and development of skincare products. He specializes in the areas of polymer chemistry, colloid science, and skincare science.
