Our products are fresh and made-to-order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Always remember to check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, tampered, or received the wrong order, contact us immediately at info@bellandpedre.com. Make sure to include your order number and a video unboxing the package. If we do not hear from you within 3 days after the delivery date, you shall be deemed to have received the product in good condition.
